and a splash of vinaigrette.

Sweet Cold Corn Salad Recipe
Ingredients (Serves 15-20)
1 can black eyed peas
1 can black beans
1 can pinto beans
1 can yellow sweet corn
1 can white corn
1/2 purple onion, finely chopped (add more if you like onions)
5 celery inner stalks (light green and tender), chopped small
1/2 bottle Newman's Balsamic dressing
Drain each of the cans of peas, beans, and corn. Then pour all of them into a large bowl. Add the chopped onion and celery.
